She was predeceased by: her parents, Verlin M. Douglass and E. Bernice Douglass (Bentley); her husband John R. Barger; her great grandchild Ivan Huskins; her siblings, G. Max Douglass (Anita) and Nancy Rogers; her siblings-in-law, William K. Barger (Cora) and Carol Stern (Doyle); and her nieces, Cindy Barger-Stapleton and Sigrid Rothgeb.
She is survived by: her children, Debi Huskins (Jon) of Zionsville, Kathy Kolter (Barry) of Branson, Missouri and John Max Barger of Arlington, Virginia; her sister Mary Ann Eller (Keith) of Huntington, Indiana; her grandchildren, Travis Kolter (Natalie) of Tucson, Arizona, Natalie Razavi (Ramin) of Pasadena, Jared Kolter (Lauren) of Branson, Jordan Huskins (Abi) of Zionsville, Kristen Kolter of Branson and Lauren Church (Ryan) of Brownsburg, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Isaiah Razavi, Ian Huskins, Digory Huskins, Roseanna Huskins, J. Eames Church, Norah Church, Hallie Black (Canon), Kaden Kolter, Brylie Kolter, Della Kolter, Jovie Kolter and Jack Kolter; and her great great grandchild Eliana Black.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to Pleasant Dale Church, IU Foundation (for Alzheimer's Research), or Swiss Village Staff Appreciation Fund.
