She was predeceased by: her parents, Olan Johnston and Ina Ortt (Palmer); her granddaughter Mandi Haslett; her siblings, Robert Woods and Carol Bayless; and her brother-in-law John Black.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Black of Decatur, Indiana; her son Sam Anderson (June) of Greensburg, Kentucky; her siblings, Ray Johnston of Greensburg, Kentucky and Jeanie Murphy of Van Wert, Ohio; her grandchildren, Brandi Wells (Jeremy), Jacob Anderson (Crystal), Josh Anderson, Meria Rauch and Brittani Robbins (Corey); her great grandchildren, Lillee, Liam, Nikali, Braxton and Braylie Wells; and her niece Jodi Cook (Kevin) of Monroe, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials can be given to the family, checks payable to Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home.
