She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bauer and Flo Bauer (Kaylor); her brother Scott Bauer; her grandson Austin Burkholder; and her daughter-in-law Michele Burkholder.
She is survived by: her sons, Chad Burkholder (Crystal) of Ohio City, OH, Matt Burkholder (Dawn Grimm) of Decatur and Eric Cover (Janis) of Woodburn, IN; her siblings, Ronald Bauer (Karen) of Ft. Wayne, Chris Bauer (Laura) of Decatur, Dale Bauer (Lisa) of Holland, MI and Gale Bauer of Decatur; and her sister-in-law Penny Bauer of Defiance, OH. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
