She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Baumgartner and Florence Baumgartner (Werling); her husband Leonard D. Funk; her brother Jack Baumgartner; and her son-in-law Paul Whitcomb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Newman (Robert) of Hickory, NC, Janis Whitcomb of Decatur, IN and Joy Erxleben (Don) of Decatur, IN. She is also survived by her family and being the caregiver to her husband for 15 years, 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
