He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luther Arnold and Wava Arnold (Scherry); his children, Tony Arnold of Decatur, IN, Troy Arnold of Fort Wayne, IN and Tammy Passwater (Keith) of Indianapolis, IN; his sister Vivian Avila (Ramon) of Muncie, IN; his grandchildren, Canaan Perry (Alexander), Isaac Passwater and Faith Passwater; and his brother Doyle Arnold.
