He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph V. Bluhm and Helen M. Bluhm (Mitchel). He is survived by: his wife Jane M. Bluhm of Decatur; his children, Randy L. Bluhm (Jennifer Frischkorn) of Ft. Wayne, Scott A. Bluhm (ReJena) of Berne and Kimberly S. Reber (Karl) of Decatur; his sister Doris Ann Eversten (Tom) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Holly Fernandez-Prada (Ken), Cory Bluhm (Katie), Jacob Bluhm (Ciera), Christy Dunn (Matt), Cara Bluhm (Dylan Long), Ashlee Smith (James) and Aleesha Reber; and his great grandchildren, Braylend, James Jr., Quinton, Olivia, Emily, Rawling, Evie, Ariel and Nadya.
