He is survived by: his father Patrick Gase of Decatur, IN; his children, Jason Gase of Bluffton, IN, Josh Buck of Ohio, Isaac Gase of Decatur, IN, Melissa Gase of Decatur, IN and Brittany Crook of Decatur, IN; and his siblings, Kenny Gase of Decatur, IN, Kevin Gase (Patsy) of Arlington, TX, Patty Lewis (Randy) of Decatur, IN, Scott Gase (Shavonne) of Uniondale, IN and Amy Armstrong of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
