He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. Mills and Margaret Briede (Minnich); his brothers, Tom and Larry Mills; his sister-in-law Beth Mills; and his parents-in-law, Gerald and Winona Light.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Mills of Decatur; his sons, Mark Mills (Melanie) of Decatur, Jeff Mills (Carla) of Decatur and Josh Mills (Lisa) of Decatur; his stepson Nicholas Braun (Tasha) of Ft. Wayne; his grandchildren, Boyd, Cain Mills, Colin Mills (Carrington), Grace Guilford (Evan), Emma, Katie and Ben Mills; his stepgrandchildren, Adalyn and Rylan Braun; his great grandchild Avery Guilford; his sisters, Jenny Mills and Annie Cook (Gary); and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Adams (Pete), Deb Schevenius, Brenda Light (Dean Cornett), Eric Light (Carolyn) and Greg Light (Dee Dee Jauregui).
