He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Teeple and Mary Catherine Teeple (Keller). He is survived by: his wife Sandee; his children, Melissa Ebbinghouse (Rod), Amanda Mertes (Matt) and Anthony Teeple (Jenny); his grandchildren, Chase, Kendyl Ebbinghouse, Grace Horton, Jeffrey Mertes and Kolton Noonan; and his siblings, Fred Teeple (Kathie), Chris Ruble (Mark) and Kathleen Gase (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
