She was predeceased by: her father Charles J. D. Hoffman; and her brothers, Wilbert, Norwin and Raymond Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Carl Hormann of Decatur, Indiana; her children, Karen Franz (Duane) of Decatur, Indiana and Larry W. Hormann (Becky) of Hoagland, Indiana; her grandchildren, Heather Franz, Ben Franz (Erin), Val Kickham (Kevin), Megan Ashbaugh (Ben), Erica May (Jason), Kristin Hormann (Rob Gresley) and Riley Hormann (Camie); and her great grandchildren, Lilly, Haylee, Loralie, Hazel Franz, Peter, Christopher, Caroline Ashbaugh, Gunner May, John and Charlotte Hormann.
Preferred memorials are to St. John Lutheran Church, Flatrock, Heart to Heart Hospice, Worship Anew or Donor's Choice.
