She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin C. Bienz and Emilie Bienz (Bulmahn); her spouse L. Gene Moser; her sons, Lynn Moser and Duane Moser; her great grandchildren, Peyton and Aidan McCoy; her great great grandchild Paisley Brown; and her brothers, Gilbert Bienz (Eunice), Kenneth Bienz (Elvira) and Frederick "Fritz" Bienz (Ruth).
She is survived by: her children, Janet Moser (Jack Esch) of Los Angeles, California, Gary Moser (Ryumi) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Sandra Steury (Dick) of Decatur, Indiana and Doug Moser of Huntertown, Indiana; her brothers, Leland Bienz (Phyllis) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Elgene Bienz (Pam) of Decatur, Indiana; and her daughter-in-law Connie Moser of Decatur, Indiana. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 9:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1022 W Monroe St, Decatur, IN 46733).
Memorials in Florence's name can be given to Zion Lutheran Church in Decatur or ACCF Angel Fund – Dementia.
