She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Jacob and Mary Alice Railing (Garner); her husband Ralph D. Sills; and her brothers, Morton, Alton, Joseph and Gordon.

She is survived by: her children, Mari Hart (Troy) of Decatur, Shari Simpkins (Larry) of New Haven and Daniel Sills (Rhonda) of Guyton, Georgia.; her granddaughters, Tina Mendez of Decatur, Staci Barkley of Decatur and Amanda Meyer (Brad) of Poe, Indiana.; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Sonia, Jesse (Emily Warren), Gianna Mendez, Devin Kershner (Brittany Groves), Isla and Rhys Meyer; and her sisters, Anna Barker (Vonnie) and Virginia Beer (Ginny).
