It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Dale Heiser of Decatur, Indiana, born in Hoagland, Indiana, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Heiser and Pansy Heiser (Biggs); and his siblings, Darlene Roop, Geraldine "Lucille" Douglas and Lew Heiser.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Heiser; and his children, Ronnie Heiser (Karen), Belinda "Sue" Keller (Doug), Cindy Wilder (Ron) and Mike Heiser (Cindy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
