Perez of Decatur, Indiana; her children, Jacob Perez (Angela) of Stuart, Florida and Keren Crismore (Ryan) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her brother Dr. Ithiel Torres (Edna) of New Jersey; and her grandchildren, Breana, Gabriella and Winston.
