James left this world on April 11, 2026 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. and Mary R. Eiting (Hessian); and his sons, Robert Eiting and Rodney Bieberich. He is survived by: his wife Phillis Eiting of Decatur; his children, Jimmy Eiting of Ft. Wayne, Debbie Bickel (Jeff) of Auburn, IN and Sandy Simpson (Rod) of Decatur; and his sister Bernadine Warstler (Kenny) of Auburn, IN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
