It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James W. Ranly of Decatur, Indiana, born in Coldwater, Ohio, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Ranly and Mary Ranly (Bruns); his wife Cindy Lee Ranly (Lovellette); and his sisters, Margery Poole and Ann Schaffner.

He is survived by : his children, Gustin James Ranly (Ashten) of Decatur, Indiana, Sebastian Cole Ranly (Adrienne) of Decatur, Indiana, Jade Miller of Fort Wayne and Jasmine Ranly-Sarkissian (Matthew) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; and his siblings, Lori Smith (Jeff) of Defiance, Ohio and Chris Ranly (Sandy) of Greenwood. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
