She was predeceased by: her parents, George S. Felthoff and Dorothy M. Felthoff (Curts); and her husband Herbert E. Collins. She is survived by: her close friend Russ Lingard of Decatur, IL; and her children, Sheila McCarty (Craig) of Euharlee, GA, Janella Pearcy (Ned) of Frankfort and Herb Collins (Laura) of Frankfort. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; and 20 Great Grandchildren.
