She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Charles Hale and Leona Hale (Steed); her parents, Joseph E. Wolf Sr. and Hazel L. Campbell (Thompson); her former husband Robert E. Kelly Sr.; her son Robert E. Kelly Jr.; and her brothers, Joseph E. Wolf Jr., Donald E. Clark, Roger L. Hale and Allen R. Wolf.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer M. Kelly of Ft. Wayne and Jessica E. Patch of Decatur; and her sisters, Julia Ann Clark of Butler and Marilyn Alberson (James) of Ridgeville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
