He was predeceased by: his parents, William K. Parker and Mary Parker (Goudy). He is survived by: his close friend Sue Robinson of Decatur, Indiana; his children, Andrew John "A. J." Parker (Anne-Mette) of Fishers, Indiana, Sarah A. Baker of Roanoke, Indiana, Emily S. Parker of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Samuel E. Parker (Christine) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his brother James E. Parker (Becky) of Churubusco, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Cassie Blackburn, Mikayla Parker, Megan Parker, Mia Parker, Will Vance, Andy Vance, Elizabeth Parker and Jack Parker.
