He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Heckman (Loren) of Decatur, Indiana, Dennis R. Johnson (Denise) of Decatur, Indiana and Sara Carper (Donald) of Decatur, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great and great-great nieces and nephews.
