She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Edward and Neva Deloris Workinger (Cook); her husband Ron L. Collins; her children, James Edward "Jimmy" Collins (Rebecca Lynn "Becky) of Decatur and Rhonda Mary Chavarria (Robert) of Van Wert; her siblings, Gary Lee Workinger (Arlene Ann) of Monroe and Patricia "Pat" Michaels (Dan) of Monroe; and her grandchildren, Jon Collins (Sheena), Jenson Collins (Cassy), Kaylee Gaiser (Caleb), Kyndall Stucky (Ryan), Karly Prichard, Kelsey Prichard, Nathan Chavarria (Chelsey), Jessica Schneider (Keston), John Charvarria (Betty) and Jacob Chavarria (Emily). She was also cherished by 15 great grandchildren.
