We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Judy Bell of Decatur, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Judy Bell to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Luther Downey and Marie Downey (Haag). She is survived by : her husband Raymond Bell of Decatur, Indiana; and her children, Christine Wright of Greer, Kimberly Terry of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Bryan Bell of Taylors. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to Decatur Lighthouse Assembly of God.
