The family announces the passing of June Thompson of Decatur, Indiana on September 25, 2026. June, born on October 2, 1945, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hill and Florence Hill (Nowlin); her husband Daniel J. Thompson; and her sister Goldie Williams. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Krudop (John) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Daniel J. Thompson II of Berne, Indiana; her grandchildren, Matthew Krudop, Jerod Krudop (Hayley), Jordan Krudop (Nick), Katrina Krudop and Mia Thompson (Gabe Burgin); her great grandchildren, Adler Krudop and Milo Burgin; and her siblings, David Hill of Berne, Indiana, Janet Crankshaw of Searcy, Patsy Ray (Tom) of Rickman, Tennessee and Gary Hill (Rhonda) of Grantsville, Utah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home- Decatur (520 N 2nd St, Decatur, IN 46733). A reception will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home (520 N 2nd St, Decatur, IN 46733).
Memorials can be given in June's memory to North Adams Church of Christ.
