Schmidt of Decatur, Indiana, born in Rockford, Ohio, who passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Schmidt and Pearl E. Schmidt (Beldon); and his siblings, Richard, Larry Schmidt, Ruth Kinney and Carolyn Robertson.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Schmidt of Decatur; his children, Jessica Schmidt of Decatur, Dedra Roop (Jed) of Decatur and Caine Schmidt of Decatur; his siblings, Ed Schmidt of Canada, Dan Schmidt of Willshire, OH, Jane Dailey (Dick) of Linn Grove, Marceil Schmidt of Celina, OH and Martha Kay Horton of St. Mary's, OH; and his grandson Quinton Schmidt.
