He was predeceased by: his father Chauncey O. Manley; his wife Marcia L. Walters; his grandchildren, Jessica Manley and Jim Hendricks; and his siblings, Edna Manley, Violet Roe, Mable Miller, Esther Cook, Jean Cook, Lois Kaufman, Mildred Wolfe, Velma Penrod, Richard Manley, Glen Manley and Lester Manley.

He is survived by: his children, James Manley (Tracey) of Decatur, Indiana, Jeffrey Manley of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Debra Blythe (Robert) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his sister Marcile King of Decatur, Indiana; his grandchildren, Ryan Blythe (Chloe), Kyle Blythe (Duyen Nguyen) and Madison Manley; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Bo Blythe; his stepgrandchildren, Neal Blythe (Melanie), Crista Blythe, Breigh Elder (Kayla Gilhousen) and Alec Elder; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Dylan Mendez, Lauren, Graham and Mia Blythe.

In lieu of flowers, Kenny's family asks that preferred memorials can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
