He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Cochran and Janet R. Cochran (Zeser). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca S. Cochran of Decatur; his children, Matthew Cochran (Nicole) of Decatur, Douglas Cochran (Michelle) of Monroe and Crystal Cochran of Decatur; his siblings, James Cochran (Rebecca) of Decatur, Kim Cochran (Teresa) of Decatur, Kent Cochran of Decatur, Jeff Cochran of Hawaii, Brenda Schultz (John) of Decatur and Debbie Hackman (Jeffrey) of Decatur; and his grandchildren, Becca, Lincoln, Oakley and Colt Cochran.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home (225 Adams St, Decatur, IN 46733). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Preferred memorials are to Adams County Cancer Coalition and Mooseheart.
