He is survived by: his wife Tammy Brown of Decatur; his children, Justic Brown (Donna) of Ohio City, OH and Elizabeth Bower-Huffman (Austin) of Richlands, NC; and his siblings, Kenneth F. Brown Jr. of Elma, MI, Elaine J. Miller of Wapakoneta, OH and Julia Tippie of Sidney, OH. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
