It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence C. Murdock Jr. (Decatur, Indiana), born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on December 9, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Murdock Sr. and Bertha Murdock-McCully (Weeksman); his wife Mary Gorman; his grandmother Emma Powell; his grandson Nathan Raugh; and his great grandchildren, James Raugh, Jackson Hirshey, Jalissa Raugh and Jordan Raugh.

He is survived by: his children, Tina Cavanaugh of Portland, Debbie Lynn Culp of Decatur, Melissa Raugh (Todd) of Greenwood, Crystal Nash (Doug) of Craigville, Indiana, Christopher Murdock of Decatur, Garry Murdock (Debra) of Decatur and Bruce Allen Murdock of Brazil, Indiana; and his brother Daniel Murdock of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
