It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell William Griner of Decatur, Indiana, who passed away on April 10, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Griner and Beatrice C. Griner (Huston); and his siblings, Darlene Binkley, Judith Francis, Patricia Walter, Beverly Griner and Glen "Butch" Griner.
He is survived by: his wife Bernita Griner of Decatur, Indiana; his children, Murlin Griner (Kelly) of Decatur, Indiana and Corina Lister (Lon Linker) of Decatur, Indiana; his siblings, Perl E. "Ed" Griner of Rockford, Ohio, Con Tebbe (Joseph) of Celina, Ohio and Mary Browder (Pat) of Celina, Ohio; his grandchildren, Samantha Sorg (Jon), Shawntel Griner, Zacary Lister, Shelby Griner and Alex Singleton; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn Sorg, Remington Sorg and Bennett Sorg; and his grandchildren, Payton Myers, Zachariah Ruland, Jamison Lister and Roxanne Griner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Preferred memorials are to Heartland Hospice or Heart to Heart Hospice.
