Marion C. Gledhill Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marion C. Gledhill of Decatur, Indiana, who passed away on April 21, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, S. Curtis Carpenter and Elaine P. Carpenter (Pitcher); her husband Robert H. Gledhill; her sister Sandra L. Roberts; and her brother-in-law Arthur Vanderlaan.

She is survived by: her sons, Todd K. Gledhill (Norma) of Middlebury, Indiana, Rodney C. Gledhill (Deb) of Decatur, Indiana and Keith R. Gledhill (Jen) of Decatur, Indiana; her sister Janet V. Vanderlaan of Wakefield; and her grandchildren, Brooke Sanders (Kyle), Ryan Gledhill (Jasmine), Mark Gledhill, Laura Hermann (Austin), Andy Kline, Allison Burnett (Travis), Mason Gledhill and Chandler Gledhill. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to The Hope Clinic or First Baptist Church in Decatur.
