She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Meyers and Cheryl Denise Meyers (Bunton); and her son Samuel Melvin II. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Beer of Decatur; her daughters, Hannah, Becca and Jordyn Beer; and her brother Matthew Meyers (Karol) of Dripping Springs, Texas. She is also survived by 4 nieces and 7 nephews.
