Norman Rorick Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Rorick of Decatur, Indiana, who passed away on January 25, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rorick and Bernadette Rorick (Gladieux) of New Haven; his wife Phyllis A. Braun of Decatur; his son Thomas; and his siblings, Joseph, Richard, Howard, Arnold, Bill, Herman and Teresa.
He is survived by: his sister Mary of Columbia City, IN; his daughter-in-law Melissa Rorick of Decatur, IN; and his children, Paul Rorick (Rita) of Northville, MI, Geralyn Boyden (Andy) of Huntertown, IN and Patty Ellenberger (Jeff) of New Palestine, IN. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society or Gibault.
