Pamela Jackson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pamela Jackson of Decatur, Indiana, who passed away on October 6, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor C. Montjoy and Wilma M. Thornburg (Abbott); and her siblings, Larry, Jeff Montjoy and Talmara Montjoy.
She is survived by: her husband Alan Jackson of Decatur, IN; her children, Eric Beer (Julie) of Decatur, IN and Misty Teeple of Fort Wayne, IN; her stepchildren, Amy Mason of Fort Wayne, IN and Rick Jackson (Kristin) of Huntington, IN; her sister Judy Fellers of Portland, IN; her sister-in-law Malinda "Mo" Montjoy of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, Ashley Martin, Dezmend Cooper, Talitia Cooper, Alexis Beer, Colin Jackson and Riley Mason; and her great grandchildren, JaRyn and Uzziah Cooper.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Haggard Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home (225 Adams St, Decatur, IN 46733). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to New Hope Church or Stillwater Hospice.
