It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramona DeBolt of Decatur, Indiana, who passed away on August 8, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Kelley and Lillian A. Vint; her husband Paul L. DeBolt; her daughter Tamela Voreis; her son-in-law Rick Voreis; and her siblings, Thomas Kelley and Dolores Kelley.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry L. DeBolt (Diana) of Decatur, Indiana and Tony L. DeBolt (Rosalinda) of Springbrook, Wisconsin; her brothers, Walter L. Kelley (Nancy) of Markle, Indiana and Charles W. Kelley (Sandra) of Gladstone, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Sharpe, David Sharpe (Kylene), Peter Oseguera, Katherine Oseguera, Emily Chandler (Cody), Joshua DeBolt (Stephanie) and Elizabeth Neiswender (Bryan). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials can be given to the Voice of God Recordings in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
