McCullough (Combs); his wife Dot McCullough of Decatur, IN; his daughters, Hailey Straub (Michael) of Ossian, IN, Carley Hower (Tim) of Monroe, IN, Molly Passwaters of Decatur, IN and Riley Sciarappa (Nicholas) of Pittsburgh, PA; his sister Rita Curtis of Decatur, IN; his grandchildren, Grace, Ryan, Alexander Straub, Moses, Annabelle, Isaac, Samson Hower, Lee of Indiana and Daisy; his son-in-law Drew Passwaters; his brother Anthony McCullough; and his granddaughter Carmella Sciarappa.
