He is survived by: his close friend Joyella Habegger; his children, Richard Joseph Guerra (Hillary), Ashley Sipe, Pauline Habegger and Christina Habegger; and his siblings, Joseph Guerra (Sherry), Pedro Guerra, Ephrain Guerra (Nancy), Raymon Guerra, Mary Cuevas (Robert), Abelia Hernandez, Wanda Monterroso and Agatha Perez (Jesse). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 23 nieces and nephews.
