He was predeceased by: his father Herman E. Allen; and his brothers, Mark and Mike Spring. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Allen of Decatur; his children, Brandan J. Allen of Decatur, Sherri L. Lewis of Ft. Wayne and Jacalyn S. Hill (Charles); and his siblings, Gary Spring of Washington, Bunny Letellier (Dustin) of Gig Harbor, WA and Brenda Ross of Billings, MT. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
