He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel L. Boxell and Janice C. Boxell (Skinner); and his daughter Leona K. Boxell. He is survived by: his wife Christina Boxell of Decatur, IN; his daughters, Kylyee McDonald (Steven) of Decatur, IN and Brianna "Berna" Boxell of Decatur, IN; and his brothers, Dewayne Boxell of Lake City, FL and Mark Boxell of Nokomis, FL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
