She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred E. Fuelling and Elsie M. Fuelling (Franz); her former husband Robert R. Reber; her husband Fred D. Kunkel; her daughter Roberta R. Melcher (Bobbi); her great grandchild Kirk Melcher; her grandson Fred W. Kunkel; her son-in-law Vernon Heckman; and her siblings, Edgar C., Fred W. Fuelling, Ellen Springer-Thieme and Dorothy DeLong.
She is survived by: her children, Karen M. Heckman of Decatur, Indiana, Fred J. Kunkel (Denise) of Decatur, Indiana, Nancy J. Kunkel of Sudbury, Massachusetts and Emily R. Porter (Ted) of Decatur, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Missy Helmick, Matt Melcher (Gina), Jamie Melcher, Miranda Adams (Kasey), Andy Melcher, Mike Heckman, Laura Kukelhan (Chad), Becci Kunkel, Margaret Holley (Adam), Hannah Kunkel, Adam Romanow (Jen), Bobby Romanow (Katie), David Romanow (Marta), Danny Porter (Katie), Chris Porter and Josh Porter (Alexis). She is also survived by 25 greatgrandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to Zion Lutheran Church - Decatur or Adams County 4-H.
