We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2023, at the age of 69, Steven Jackson Neeley of Decatur, Indiana, born in Kenton, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Steven Jackson Neeley to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lewis Jackson Neeley and Thelma Mae Neeley (Sparks). He is survived by : his brother Mark Neeley (Debbie) of Kenton, Ohio; his fiancée Lisa Hirn of Decatur, Indiana; his nieces and nephews, Kristina Neeley, Kyle Neeley (Brooke) and Trevor Neeley; his fiancée's sons, Jeremy Hirn (Katie), Brandon Hirn (America) and Tyler Hirn (Prayer); and his friend Traxtyn. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
