He is survived by: his wife Jenny Straub (Meyer) of Decatur; his children, Jeffery "Jeff" Straub of Decatur and Jodi Garner (Eric) of Decatur; his brother Thomas Straub (Carolyn) of Fort Wayne; and his grandchildren, Brynlee, Katelyn, Brooklyn and Lilly.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home (225 Adams St, Decatur, IN 46733). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the ACCF Angel Cancer Fund.
