He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose L. Gase and Annabelle Gase (Rupert); and his sister Diane Gephart. He is survived by: his wife Dusty A. Gase of Decatur; his daughters, Beverly Reed of Decatur and Melissa Allen (John) of South Bend; and his brother Kenneth E. Gase (Laura) of Decatur. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Grace First Church (Brianne's Hope) or ACCF Angel Heart Fund.
