He was predeceased by: his parents, William Murray and Phyllis Murray (Elzey); his wife Judy A. Murray (Butler); and his brothers-in-law, Harold Painter, Steve Pickford, Joe Butler, Jack Butler and Tom Butler.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Murray (Jennifer) of Decatur and Scott Murray (Missy) of Decatur; his sisters, Deedra Pickford of Urbana and Cindy Painter of Decatur; and his grandchildren, Langley Murray, Madison Murray and Griffin Murray.
Preferred memorials are to Shriners Children's Hospital.
