He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Fuhrman and Charlene Bailey (Barnhaus); his wife Joan A. Blume; his daughter Jodi Roberts; his daughter-in-law Stacy Fuhrman; and his siblings, Dorothy Louise Fuhrman, Kay Price and Paul Fuhrman.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Fuhrman (Judy) of Decatur, Indiana, Gary Fuhrman (Diane Sanner) of Yoder, Indiana, Michael Fuhrman (Cindi) of Monroeville, Indiana and Frank Fuhrman (Eve) of Decatur, Indiana; his stepdaughters, Sherri Cripe (Craig) of Delphi, Indiana and Teresa Nauyokas (John) of Lafayette, Indiana; his brothers, Karl "Pete" Fuhrman of Syracuse, Indiana and Phil Fuhrman of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Michelle Hackenjos (Andy), Amber Fuhrman, Jeremy Fuhrman (Taylor), Joseph Fuhrman, Connie Jo Fuhrman, Stephen Hernandez (Katie), Jessica Erebor (Telson), William Fuhrman (Skylar), Tracie Fuhrman, Chase Cripe (Mackenzie), Hilary Wesley (Chris), Victoria Weiler (Donovan) and Madison McSwain. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
