Zufall (David) of Attica; his siblings, Doris Parsley (Asa "Tom") of Monticello and Paul K. Birch of Lawrence, KS; his grandchildren, Dusty M Arnold (Rick) and Arlis D. Stacy (Tina); and his great grandchildren, Adreanna and Hannah Arnold.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Brookston Church of Christ.
