She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Edward Miller, Jr. (Duane F. "Skip") and Janette M. Shaffer (Shaffer); her husband Duane Franklin "Skip" Neff; her sister Opal Leeann Hunt; her niece Jacklyn Wallace; her nephew Lukas Hunt; and her brothers-in-law, Jack Wallace and Skeeter Hunt.
She is survived by: her siblings, Debra K. Groninger (Brad) of Noblesville, Pamela A. "Pam" Wallace of Delphi and Max E. Miller, III (Regina); and her nieces and nephews, Kristopher Groninger of Elwood, Kelli Hosey of Carmel, Kaci Siebrase of Zionsville, Cari Henderson of Monticello, Brian Wallace of Colburn, Jeremy Miller of Delphi, Janell Workinger of Delphi and Misty Elburn of Royal Center. She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
