Joseph Frank Herron Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2023, at the age of 86, Joseph Frank Herron of Delphi, Indiana, born in Washington, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Herron and Vera Herron (Alligood). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Coomey; his children, Cathy Zook (Chris) of Flora and Jeff Herron (Debbie) of Delphi; his siblings, Shirley Woodward (Ned) of Wabash, Jeane Vernon of Hernando Beach, FL and Sam Herron (Tari) of Zephyr Hills, FL; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Mills (Brandon), Adam Herron (Megan), Nick Herron (Heidi), Tori Anderson (Kris), Ryan Zook (Jess) and Cole Zook (Jess). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be directed to Delphi Methodist Church.
