He was predeceased by: his wife Debra A. Gainey; and his sister Kandy. He is survived by: his daughters, Micah N. Stevens (Robert James) of Flora, Charity R. Stevens (Jaxton Craig) and Ashley N. Hughes Stevens of Delphi; his grandchildren, Oakley, Colten, Annabell and Isabell; and his siblings, Ron (Penny Stevens), Roger (Mary Ellen Stevens), Rick (Renea Stevens) and Kathy Stevens of Monticello.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Delphi Christian Church (315 E Main St, Delphi, IN 46923). A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
