She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Shaw and Connie Hogan Shaw; her son-in-law Jeremy Hayden; and her siblings, Debra Shaw and Terry Shaw.
She is survived by: her family, Stephen King, Danielle Steele and James Patterson; her friend Ann; her pet Elle; her daughters, Sara (Tobe Leazenby) and Liza Hayden of Delphi; and her grandson Axis Hayden of Delphi.
