He is survived by: his mother Connie Lucille Bennett Hughes of Lebanon, IN; his sister Robyn Hughes-Perry (John Perry (Brownsburg); his niece Erika Steuerwald (Adam (Zionsville); his nephews, Blaine Hall (Chelsea (Danville) and Theo; and his stepchildren, Chelsea Marburger of Indianapolis, IN and Zach Marburger (Kelly (Niles). He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
The family has designated Carroll County 4-H for memorial contributions in Scott's honor. The family kindly requests no gifts or flowers.
